Before you request access.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Pooled monthly credits reset each billing month and do not roll over. This keeps production capacity and costs predictable; we scope the pool around expected usage and can review it as your production needs change.
Can our team evaluate the platform first?
Yes. Suitable teams may start with a short, controlled no-cost evaluation. Where a real production requires onboarding, configured model routes or hands-on support, we may recommend a configured paid Studio Pilot instead. You do not need to choose before requesting access.
What happens after we request access?
We review your team and intended production use. Where there is a strong fit, we arrange a discovery conversation and tailored demo, then recommend the lightest sensible route into production.
