Gallery, Filters & Layout

The asset gallery is the main grid of images, videos, audio, and 3D models in the current folder. The toolbar above the grid controls what you see and how it's arranged.

Opening the gallery

The gallery appears when you're inside a project folder (not the working-areas landing). Open any folder from the Project Sidebar, or click the project name for the root gallery.

Filters menu

The Filters button groups search, asset type, favourites, notes, creator, and creation-date filtering into one compact menu. A separate heart beside Filters provides quick access to the frequently used Favourites filter.

Hover Filters to preview the menu, or click it to keep the menu open while you make selections. On touch devices, tap to open or close it. Active filters highlight the button in pink and display a count.

Changes apply immediately, and Clear all resets search and the grouped filters.

Media type

Select a type chip in the Filters menu. The active type is highlighted; All removes the type restriction.

Favourites filter

Toggle Favourites under Flags to show only assets you've marked as favourites in this project scope.

Favourites are per-project, not global tags. Use them to pin your best iterations for quick access and for the Uploads & References favourites lane.

Notes filter

Toggle Notes under Flags to show only assets that have notes attached.

Pair this with the Notes sidebar tab to triage feedback across the project.

Search

The search icon sits alongside the flag filters. Select it to expand a compact search field on the same row; search works together with every other filter.

• Searches prompt text, file names, model names, generation IDs, asset type, and created date
• The × button clears the query

When search or filters are active and more assets exist in the folder, you may see Scanning more of this folder for complete filtered results... while pagination catches up.

Creator filter

The User selector in Filters narrows the grid to assets from specific collaborators:

• Anyone — everyone's assets
• My assets — only yours
• Individual creators on shared projects

Creation date

The Date selector reuses the gallery's URL-backed creation-date filters: Any time, Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and Custom range. From and To fields appear only for a custom range.

Layout modes

Choose gallery layout cycles through three views:

In Grid mode, a slider sets Columns per row (title shows Columns: N).

Asset cards

Each card shows a thumbnail (or placeholder while generating), type indicator, and favourite/note badges when applicable.

Click behaviour

• Click an asset → opens the preview panel or expanded lightbox
• Shift-click or Cmd/Ctrl-click → add to selection
• Marquee drag on empty gallery space → box-select multiple assets (desktop)

Preview panel

When an asset is focused, the side panel shows prompt, references, model, and actions:

• Reuse Prompt — seeds the generator with the same settings
• Download
• View generation details
• Open notes / Add note
• Move This Asset

Expanded view

Double-click any completed asset — or hover and click the expand icon, or use Open expanded preview in the side panel — to open full-screen expanded view.

• ← / → — previous / next asset
• Full view, Side by side, Slide over — comparison modes when references exist
• Magnifier, Favourites, Download — top bar actions
• Escape — close

Loading more

Scroll to the bottom of the grid to load additional assets. Loading more assets... appears while fetching the next page.

Empty states

An empty folder is normal for new projects — open the Generator or Upload lane to add your first assets.
